Project Milestones & Refunds

At AC Inc., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, please note the following policy:

"Services are non-refundable once the project milestone is approved. Refunds for cancellations before start are processed in 5-7 days."

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order or a service agreement before the project work has commenced, please contact us immediately. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the stipulated 5-7 business days.
