1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and AC Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) involved in the project are agreed upon as per the specific project contract.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AC Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Kerala, India.
